Yang Yoga with Qigong a Sound Bath Series

A 4-week series in April to explore building strength, stability, flexibility, and balance through yoga and qigong. Over these 4 weeks, with the commitment to practice, you will see the benefits of these two practices. The series will be on Thursdays in April. The time is 6 to 7:30 pm.
